Introducing CZT : Artifex Eruditio

The Latin word Artifex means artisan, expert and specialist, amongst other things. And Eruditio alludes to knowledge and learning.

CZT : AE is an exclusive, Masterclass series for certified Zentangle teachers.  

Our organiser Tangled Pursuits, and main event partner, Seven Forests Five Rivers LLP, are based in Singapore. 

This year will be our fourth annual Masterclass and we are excited to open registration for International participants for the first time. 


CZT : AE 2020, is scheduled as follows:-

  1. Main Session – Monday, 10 August 2020.
  2. Optional Special Sessions – The Whimsical & Fanciful series will launch on 17 August 2020, and the Bold & Beautiful series will launch a week after, on 24 August 2020.

Our Story

In 2017, the first ever CZT : AE took place in Singapore, with very humble beginnings. The Singapore CZT community met for the first time ever to share and learn from each other, and this has become a yearly tradition. 

The CZT : AE yearly event has grown gradually over the years and from strength to strength. In 2019, we held the event over 3 Saturdays, for the first time ever. 

This year the event is set to take off on an international scale with CZT Instructors from the USA, Canada, UK, Germany, Spain, Japan, Malaysia and Singapore.
